Set Up Costs and Times
ARTWORK
Please send all art as a high res PNG, PDF, PSD or JPEG file at 300 dpi and at the actual print size you want to see your design appear on the shirts. If you are unsure of the actual print size, send your art in a high resolution file and we can re size your art this end to most closely resemble your mock up.
SCREENS
A single colour design will require 1 screen, a two colour design will require 2 screens and so on. We can print a maximum of 10 colours per design. The maximum printable area is 14" by 18" (355mm x 455mm). Please note we can not print over seems, pockets or zips. Screens are charged at £20.00 each.
'OVER SIZED' SCREENS
For customers requiring a larger print area we can offer an 'over sized' screen area of 15" by 21" (390mm x 530mm) Screens are charged at £25.00
*Over sized prints will incur a £1 surcharged to the usual unit cost shown for the first print / colour, and then +25p for each print there after.
SCREEN KEEP UP PERIOD
Your screens will be kept on file for 5 months in between each order. If a re-press is ordered within this time no further set up costs will apply. All screens remain the property of Monster Screen Prints at all times.
FILM BROMIDES
All designs require Film Bromides, these are what we use to expose your design to screen. These are a one off payment and once made are permanently kept on file for future re orders. The cost of these films is £12 per colour / film. All films remain the property of Monster Screen Prints at all times.
FILM COLOUR SEPARATION BROMIDES
Designs that consist of fine tones and graduation effects will require film colour separations. These are what we use to expose your design to screen. These are a one off payment and once made are permanently kept on file for future re orders. The cost of these films is £27.50 per colour / film. All films remain the property of Monster Screen Prints at all times.
SLEEVE PRINTS AND BACK PRINTS
For sleeve prints and back prints an additional £1.00 for the first print will be added to the usual unit cost. Any subsequent prints there after will be charged at +65p.
Full length longsleeve prints are charged at £1.65 per print / sleeve.
INK COLOUR CHANGE
We ask you please keep ink colour changes to at least every 10 garments, other wise a charge of £5 per colour change will be applied.
INSIDE GARMENT PRINTS
For prints inside the garment, i.e on the inside neck label area of a shirt, prints are charged at an additional £1.65 on top of the usual unit cost.
TURN AROUND TIME
Our general turn around is within 14 working days after full payment has been received. Production of an order cannot start until full payment, delivery address and a contact telephone number has been received. During practically busy periods turn around may be delayed, but we will always endeavour to get your order out to your as soon as possible.
